# Privacy notice for OmniLore members (this install)

**Audience:** Product members on dual-seat `omnilore.ai`
**As-of:** 2026-08-05
**Not formal legal advice** — summarizes live product controls on this fabric.

## Your private data

| Data | Who can access via product tools |
|------|----------------------------------|
| Your Chat conversations (LibreChat) | You (and systems acting **as you**) |
| Your workspace under your user id | You |
| Session summaries in the session feed | You only (`scope=self`) |
| Other members’ chats / feeds | **Not** available to normal members |

Cross-user private corpus search is **not** a product feature for regular users or user agents.

## Platform owner / security (legal)

For lawful process (e.g. formal legal hold / law enforcement collection), the **platform owner / security officer** (human with operator role on this install: Brent Bowlby) may use an **audited** ability to search the private session corpus. That path:

- Is **not** available to normal members (e.g. role=human)
- Is **not** available to service/user agents as “legal officer”
- Is logged (audit events on MCP tenancy)

Operator contract: `CONTRACT_SESSION_CORPUS_PRIVACY_LEGAL_SEARCH_2026-08-05` (operators).

## Shared vs private knowledge

| Kind | Example | Members (T1) |
|------|---------|----------------|
| Private | Your chat, `tribal:user:` / `tribal:agent:<you>:` | You only |
| Product-safe shared | Getting started, this notice, password help | Yes (`tribal:shared:member:*`) |
| Operator design | Architecture encyclopedia, OmniGuard lab | Operators (T2+) only |

## Web research

Frontier/web research is **untrusted external** draft material — not private org truth unless an operator promotes it under policy.

## Questions

- Privacy / access concerns → `bbowlby@omnilore.ai` or Mattermost `@brent`
- Password / login → see `tribal:shared:member:password-self-service` or ask Shared Operator
