Controlled beta honesty

This install may run a controlled member/beta lane. That is not the same as a clean public enterprise release. Operators keep governance residuals (signing, HSM, etc.) on the internal board.

If tools fail

If Chat answers but tools error (MCP unreachable), product facts may be limited until fabric recovers. Prefer reloading Chat or notifying the platform owner. See SUPPORT.md.
