OmniLore.AI — Terms of Use & Acceptable Use (ULA)

These Terms and Acceptable Use rules (“Terms”) govern authorized access to OmniLore. They incorporate the Frontier Search Privacy Statement by reference for all web-research / Frontier Search features.

1. Nature of the service

OmniLore is a private dual-seat AI fabric (control plane on omnilore-server; edge/workstation as configured). Features may include chat agents, collaboration, knowledge (Goldie/Qdrant), automation, and Frontier Search (live web research on fabric miss or explicit request).

OmniLore is provided for authorized users only. It is not a public open internet service for anonymous use.

2. Accounts and access

• You must use credentials issued or approved by the OmniLore operator (for example LDAP-backed login).
• You must not share accounts or attempt to access others’ data without authorization.
• Operators may suspend access for security or policy violations.

3. Acceptable Use (required)

You agree not to use OmniLore to:

1. Violate law — Any activity illegal under applicable local, state, national, or international law.

2. Child exploitation — Create, seek, or distribute sexual content involving minors.

3. Malware / intrusion — Develop or deploy malware, ransomware, unauthorized access, or destructive attacks (except defensive security work explicitly authorized by the operator).

4. Fraud / crime — Phishing, identity theft, scams, money laundering facilitation.

5. Harassment / threats — Stalking, threats of violence, doxxing.

6. Abuse of infrastructure — Denial of service, crypto mining without permission, evasion of rate limits.

7. Misrepresentation — Presenting untrusted Frontier drafts as OmniLore tribal/SoT truth, or claiming OmniLore endorses third-party web content.

OmniLore is not to be used for any illegal activities. Operators may log, investigate, refuse requests, and cooperate with lawful process.

4. Frontier Search and third-party content

When Frontier Search runs:

• Queries may be processed by self-hosted SearXNG and/or third-party search and content providers.
• OmniLore does not control the content of third-party search results or websites.
• Results may be inaccurate, offensive, or unlawful; OmniLore and its operators disclaim responsibility for third-party content to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. AI outputs

AI and agent outputs can be wrong. You must verify critical decisions (legal, medical, financial, safety). Fabric tools reduce product-definition risk for OmniLore itself; they do not eliminate model error.

6. Privacy (summary)

• Conversation and tool use may be stored on the dual-seat deployment for the product to function.
• Frontier promotions and related audits may retain query text and metadata (see Search-Privacy Statement).
• SearXNG is self-hosted and not a public profiling site; third-party engines still process outbound queries.

7. Operator rights

The OmniLore operator may:

• Monitor systems for reliability and abuse
• Update software, models, and search backends
• Suspend features or accounts
• Preserve logs for security and legal compliance

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided as available. No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Changes

Terms may be updated in ops SoT and at the URLs linked from Chat. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
