Internal static publish path: edge/www/help/ via bash ops/bin/publish-docs-static-internal.sh (dual-seat; not product_safe public GO). External public help-center hosting remains a product residual (see release board).

Member product truth still follows disk SoT + narrative. Do not invent features in chat. Portal: ../DOCS_PORTAL.md. Living product definition: docs/PRODUCT_NARRATIVE_DUAL_SEAT.md (ops SoT — not the full member encyclopedia).
